The Astana Open 2020 is a new men’s professional ATP World Tour tennis tournament it will start from 26 October to 1st November 2020. The Astana Open tennis will play on indoor hard courts in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, several tournaments were canceled in the 2020 season.

The Kazakhstan Tennis Federation has the right to host world one of the most prestigious event, which is organized by the Association of Tennis Professionals ATP 250 "Astana Open" in Nursultan, with a prize of 275,000 US dollars.

In this tournament world’s top 100 players will take part, few of them have already confirmed including, Dmitry Popko, Mikhail Kukushkin, Alexander Bublik, J, ohn Millman, Adrian Mannarino, and Benoit Paire.

Every year, the ATP 250 World Tour includes 40 professional men's tournaments. However, due to the pandemic, there are only 17 this season. In fact, the game in Nur-Sultan has ended this season, providing tennis players with the last chance to score 250 points in the ATP ranking this year.
